Two years full-time MBA program was established at SJBIT in 2008. it is recognized under AICTE and affiliated with VTU. The Total Intake is around 120 Students. SJBIT Admissions for BE: Candidates must secure a minimum of 45 % aggregate score in the 10+2 Examination (Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry must be compulsory subjects) To get eligible for admission. SC/ST candidates can secure a 40% aggregate score in 10+2. Candidates must appear for KCET Entrance Exam to get qualified for admission. Courses Fee
SJBIT is one of the universities guided by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust to commit to excellence. They have Undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs offered by them. Before applying to any programs, students should have appeared for the entrance exams. The institute offers a B. Tech program for undergraduates and M. Tech and MBA for postgraduates. They also provide a program for three years in Ph.D.

The tuition fee depends on the course and stream chosen by the students, and the hostel fee is the same regardless of branch or stream.
- SJBIT offers affordable fees for everyone. For B. Tech, Rs.1,32,360 for four years, Rs.33,090 per year.
- The fee structure for MBA goes as Rs.1,00,000 for two years, and when split, it is Rs.50,000 each year; for M. Tech programs’ the total is Rs.1,28,780 for two years, that would be Rs.64,390 per year.
- The hostel fee with food and accommodation for three-seaters common is Rs.80,000 per year, and three-seaters attached bathroom only for boys. Eighty-five thousand per year whereas food and accommodation for two-seaters attached bathroom which is only for postgraduate students, is Rs.90,000 per year.

Exams and Cut-offs:
Before applying for the college, the student must have taken competitive entrance exams, and the cut-offs are based on the category to which the student belongs.
- The student joining B. Tech should have been passed out 10+2 with an aggregate of 50%, and students joining M. Tech or MBA must have completed their graduation from a reputed university with at least 45%. Students must have appeared for KCET, COMEDK for B. Tech, and PGCET for M. Tech and MBA for their eligibility.

Admission
SJBIT is a constituent Institute of BGS and SJB Group of Institution and Hospitals. It was established in 2001 by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust with only three departments. Within a few years of establishment, the Institute grew into a standard Institution providing technical education. SJBIT is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated with VTU, Belagavi Karnataka. The College has been recognized by UGC and accredited A by NAAC.
Therefore, the Institute provides UG and PG courses in engineering and management. In addition, it offers BE, M. Tech, and MBA courses in various disciplines to candidates with eligible marks. Admission for offered courses will be through entrance exam scores, academics, and counseling performance. Admission is based on K CET, COMEDK, and KPGCET entrance exams conducted by Karnataka Govt.

- SJBIT offers six disciplines under B. Tech course for four years to candidates with eligible marks to apply.
- The Intake for the B. Tech course at SJNIT will be 720 students per academic year per subject, respectively.
